Oh, to be a a tree amongst the forest. I deeply believe that community is necessary for survival. Without it we have no roots to intertwine with and will just fall over. 

To be in union with like-minded humans brings me so much joy. And to create a container to bring us all together fills my cup.  

I will continue to have ongoing sound and movement gatherings under the full moon every other month alongside One Song Sound Medicine at Open field farms in the rolling hills of Petaluma on Coastal Miwok territory. This is a beautiful time to connect with ourselves, the earth, the cosmos and each other. We take on a beautiful journey spiraling in through a guided meditation + sound healing and back up and out with movement and dance to a beautiful playlist curated to the moons energy. 

I will also be collaborating with so many beautiful souls who continue to hear the howl to gather together and reconnect to get RÜTED every other rotating month somewhere outdoors. Usually a hike under the full moon with a dance party mixed in!
